New legislation is also in place to offer even more security and encourage foreign investment. With the recent drafting of the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), the U.S. Embassy in Nicaragua predicts a friendlier market, thus making it even easier for U.S. Banks to enter into the country’s blossoming economic scene.
